Turmeric coulis is made from the juice of turmeric and fresh ginger and a touch of wild pepper, it has a very pleasant flavor, it is non-spicy, without additives, without thickeners, without preservatives.
It is delicious in a fruit juice cocktail, in a fruit salad, in a vinaigrette, on white meat, fish, it can be used to deglaze meat or fish, or simply diluted in plain water or sparkling.
Ingredients : cane sugar, 24% turmeric juice, 19% ginger juice, wild Madagascar pepper.
