Recipe for delicious Vanilla Coconut Flan

I offer you the recipe for West Indian Coconut Vanilla Flan:
Ingredients :
- 400mL coconut milk
- 400 mL sweetened condensed milk
- 400 mL unsweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 70g grated coconut
- 1 or 2 Vanilla pods La vie exotice
- 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water
1) For the caramel, pour the sugar and a tablespoon of water into a saucepan over medium heat and let it caramelize then set aside.
You can also buy liquid caramel commercially.
2) Add the eggs to a salad bowl then beat them.
3) Add the coconut milk and unsweetened condensed milk and mix.
4) Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and add the caviar (grains contained inside the pod) of one or two vanilla pods according to your preferences.
5) Incorporate the grated coconut into the mixture.
6) Pour your caramel into the bottom of a mold and/or ramekins.
7) Using a ladle, slowly pour your preparation.
8) Place your mold in a container and pour water halfway into the mold (cooking in a bain-marie).
9) In an oven preheated to 180° (th6), bake for 1 hour in rotating heat.
10) Remove from the oven, let cool and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
11) Unmold your flan and invert it onto a tray.
