Coconut syrup is obtained by extracting the sap from coconut flowers. This aromatic brown-black syrup is, thanks to the molasses it still contains, a particularly complete sweetener which is used instead of agave syrup, honey or whole cane sugar. Our coconut syrup comes from our fair trade projects in Sri Lanka.
